PROMOTION PERIOD: 2008-2009 Extreme Landscape Makeover for an American Soldier (Western NY Edition) promotion begins January 1, 2008 and ends July 1, 2009. By participating in this promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of MATTUCCI DESIGN, LLC, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: 2008-2009 Extreme Landscape Makeover for an American Soldier (Western NY Edition) Promotion is open only to Western NY Soldiers and legal residents of Western NY, who are (18) years of age and older at the time of entry and legal owners of the property. Officers and employees of Mattucci Design, LLC, and the immediate family members of and or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to win or receive prizes. Sponsors, agents and suppliers are also not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary, no entry fee, or no proof-of-purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes, enter your personal information on the web (www.extremelandscapemakeover.com) and click where indicated to submit entry. Limit one entry per household.

PRIZES: Winning entries will be chosen by a panel of Mattucci Design, LLC representatives. One (1) winner will be selected on or about July 1, 2009.  Value of Makeover will range from $5000.00 to $9000.00. A 20' flagpole with lighting and flags to be installed. Labor and design are provided by Mattucci Design, LLC. Odds of winning will be based upon the number of entries. Entries are subject to verification. Additional taxes and expenses for winners are the responsibility of the participant. No cash exchange for any prize. In no event will Mattucci Design, LLC be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated. If for any reason Mattucci Design, LLC determines in its sole discretion that the promotion is no longer capable of running as intended by these rules for any reason whatsoever, Mattucci Design, LLC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, postpone, delay or modify the promotion in whole or in part, including without limitation, any means of entry, at any time if any aspect of the promotion is not capable of running as planned.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by Mattucci Design, LLC representative by phone.

WINNER AGREEMENT: Winners grant Mattucci Design, LLC the right to print, publish, broadcast and use the winners name and picture of property landscaping makeover without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Mattucci Design, LLC.
